Worker profile:
It's preferable to have participants who can work for 14-16 weeks, but not a requirement. These jobs require employees who are hard-working, able to swim and pass the physical tests, and enjoy working in water. Employees should be approachable, should have strong English and communication skills, and be hard-working. Employees must also be flexible enough to work in other positions in the hotel if asked to.
